To do this, you need 20 kg of potatoes (if you need more or less, you can multiply increase or decrease the proportions), 30 liters of boiled water, a kilogram of malt, yeast (preferably compressed) - they need a gram of 250-300. As for sugar, then, making home-brewed homemade potatoes, it does not need to be added at all, which reduces the cost of natural products to a minimum.
A little information on organic chemistry. Potato tubers do not contain sugar. And it, as is known, is necessary for the formation of alcohol. Otherwise, the hot drink will not work. Stages of preparation

We close the vessel with a lid with a gas outlet tube, on which we traditionally put on a medical glove. Just do not forget to make a small hole in one of the "fingers" so that it does not rupture. In this case, the most important and responsible process - the distillation of the barge - is postponed for several months. And this is while maintaining the right temperature! It's unprofitable.

If moonshine, including potato, has a disgusting taste and smell, then, most likely, it contains a large concentration of harmful substances. Its use can cause harm to health. It is an unpleasant smell that accompanies fusel oils.

But after a while "sivukha" again dissolves in the drink, forming in addition undesirable for the body aldehydes. Thus, with this filtration, the opposite effect occurs.
The only drawback - the product is obtainedturbid, which is not credible at first sight. But milk also copes well with the role of the filter. When cleaning the moonshine, you need to pay attention to the fortress. It is important that it contains more than 60 percent alcohol. This affects the protein folding, and hence the efficiency of filtration. For 10 liters of alcohol, add 100 g low fat pasteurized milk.
The process lasts about one week. Alcohol is mixed thoroughly with milk and put in a place protected from sunlight. Room temperature is ideal.
Whitish flakes are a sure sign of filtration. This separates all harmful elements from the liquid. Sediment with this filtration is removed. It is a concentrate of fusel oils.
