How many calories in different sweets
There are many kinds of sweets. Some of them are more caloric, others less, almost dietary. Consider the most popular types of sweets and their calorie content.
- Marmalade. Caloric content of marmalade is due to its composition. So fruit and berry sweets, made from fruit or berry puree, contain on the average 280-300 kcal per 100 g of sweets, while jujube jelly, which contains molasses and a large amount of sugar, contains 300-350 kcal per 100 grams sweets.
- Truffle. Caloric content of these sweets depends on how much sugar they have and what is the filling. On average, truffles with chocolate filling contain 580 kcal per 100 g of product. However, there are truffles, stuffed with praline, fruits or even alcohol. Their calorie content is somewhat lower.
- Iris. This kind of sweets are made from treacle, sugar, vegetable or butter, condensed milk and various additives. Therefore, their calorie content ranges from 300 kcal and above. So known to all "Golden Key" contains 429 kcal per 100 g of sweets.
- Chocolate candies. In this case it is a question of chocolate unglazed sweets. 100 g of such sweets account for approximately 491 kcal, and if you take into account that on average, one chocolate candy weighs about 15 g, its calorific value is 73.7 kcal. However, depending on the filling and the final composition, the calorie content of the chocolates can vary.
