About 60% of Australian airline passengers want to have sex during the flight or have already done so. Such data were obtained as a result of a survey conducted by one of the major travel companies. It turned out that half of the respondents already belong to or would like to belong to a private club called Mile High Club, which unites aviatex fans.
The founding father of Mile High Club is Lawrence Sperry, the inventor of the autopilot. According to Delfi, in November 1916, Sperry made love to a woman aboard his airplane, which was in the air. Many famous actors and businessmen are considered members of the Mile High Club.
Many admitted that they had already succeeded in this in order to brighten up their stay in narrow latrines of long-range aircraft. Representatives of the airlines do not favor such treatment of passengers. At the same time, employees of the airlines themselves are often involved in sex scandals.
For example, Richard Branson, owner of the British group Virgin, which includes several airlines, claims to become a member of the club at the age of 19.
By the way, not so long ago, American airlines announced the installation of filters that would block access to porn resources from the aircraft.
Meanwhile, the airlines themselves are extremely negative about the attempts to use airbuses for love dates. For example, one of the employees of Qantas, the largest Australian airline, was fired after admitting that she had sex with actor Rafe Fiennes in the business class compartment during the flight from Darwin to Mumbai.
Another fact: at the end of last year, Singapore Airlines convincingly asked the passengers of the newest giant Airbus A380 airbus not to have sex in first class cabins, which have double beds.
Fisher says that nowadays it is easier to indulge in love joys at the expense of such aircraft as the Airbus A380, but it strongly advises travelers to remember about fellow travelers who can hear everything.
And he is not exaggerating: last year, a 44-year-old Englishman received 12 months in prison for having sex in an airplane toilet during a flight from London to Jamaica, and his 27-year-old partner will be in custody for 3 months.
The court considered that the punishment fully corresponds to the severity of the crime, because with its unbridled behavior, the couple first embarrassed, and then angered many fellow travelers.
