Chicken in the microwave: fast, tasty and satisfying
Do not know what to cook in the microwave? You can please your guests with a fried chicken with an appetizing crust. We bring to your attention a few simple recipes.
Chicken in apple sauce
First you need to prepare the following products:
- medium-sized chicken breasts (large shanks will also fit);
- one apple;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of ketchup (acute);
- one medium bulb;
- spices, salt (to taste);
- vegetable (unrefined) oil.
Take the glass pan, put it into itchicken breasts (shanks) and pour oil on the bottom. At this stage it is already possible to add salt and add your favorite spices. Next, close the pan with a lid and put it in the microwave oven. With a power of 850-900 W, the cooking time is 10 minutes. While the chicken is in the microwave, it is necessary to cut the apple into slices, and the onion - thin rings. After 10 minutes, take out the saucepan. Carefully remove the chicken from it. It will need to be poured with ketchup, and also overlaid with apple slices and onion rings. Now put the chicken meat in the pan again, cover it and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Until the full preparation of our dish is very little. We mix the sauce with the meat of the bird, sprinkle it all with grated cheese, and then we remove it into the oven without covering it with a lid. After only 1.5 minutes, the fragrant chicken in the microwave will be ready. As you can see, this recipe does not foretell anything complex. You can cook a full meal or dinner in just a few minutes.
We offer you another interesting recipe -chicken in the sleeve in the microwave. Preparation of poultry meat is exactly the same as if you were going to cook it in the oven. We begin by taking a chicken carcass, washing it and, if necessary, cleaning it. Now we deal with the sleeve. Its length should be chosen in such a way that after packing the whole carcass it was possible to wrap up the ends freely. Usually, complete with a sleeve, in which the chicken is cooked in the microwave, special clamps are used. If they are not, then you can use conventional threads.
In order to cook on a chicken carcassformed a ruddy crust, should properly cover the sleeve with sauce both outside and inside. Salt and sprinkle with pepper. Now gently push the chicken and fix the sides with the clamps (we tie the threads). Before you send meat to the oven, be sure to check the reliability of the fasteners.
